C'mon, this is a tiny company with a professional CPA and a CEO that can verify GAAP compliance in 5 minutes! 90% of it is internet, sales can be figured with the push of a button, the store sales could be done along the way. If that's too much to ask, it could all be done in a week. That's from quarter end, not the due date. Add another month + after that? for less than half a mil sales? That just doesn't add up. Get it?
