Of the 3055 Pho restaurants in America, SAMP has a plan for 100. 70% will be franchised, 30% will be SAMP owned.

To get to 100 is easier than you think.

Why?

With their high end design, its going to be easy to get 70 existing Pho restaurants in select cities to Franchise with SAMP. This will cost SAMP nothing!

They can cherry pick from the existing 3055 restaurants.

As far as value. Royalties are usually 7%. So if each Pho franchise does $2M per year in revenue, that is about $150k per year to SAMP x 70 or about $10M. $10M x 20 PE is $200M net worth.

Add in 30 corporate owned and this may be worth $300M.

O/S is only 152M now so PPS 2.00 The 2 new Pho restaurants must have come at a pricetage. I expect 1B shares. So 1.1B shares here, but $300M is still PPS .30

Take into account it's probably a 5 year plan, PPS .05 or .06 is a good target now.

Clean shell, no debt.
