Possible fast track scenario.
I believe you need to provide documentation proving that the process has merit in order to get approved for fast track. A few companies have used overseas data in order to accomplish this. This is likely linked to the IND. At the same time adding confidence at the clinic.
So many pieces of information that just don't seem to definitely point in one clear direction. LMAO!!!
