I doubt it.

What's happening here reminds me a bit of a stock, United Development (UDVE), I had a couple years ago where you could actually reach the Pres on his cellphone but little more. A lot of PRs that got wilder and wilder and the office was later found out to be occupied by a video store in Guyana. The SEC never suspended the stock though.

What could happen is that the share price does rise on hope and speculation, and possibly higher and longer than I would think, until it is finally extinguished over time.
