I agree if this is a scam/ pump and dump, then the r/s is bad news. However, if the company has a legitimate product and sales and now how some revenue to support it and needs to get out from under this toxic financing which has seen such in increase in o/s, then the r/s cleans things up. At 213,000,000 o/s currently, the new number with be 1,700,000. If all 650 million authorized are used, then it is up to 5,200,000. Not bad numbers if they can really become profitable and cover expenses on revenues. We shall see.
