I never thought this new-CEO-fear could drive the price to such low (0.0002 x 0.0003) which is really ridiculous for a stock with only 403M ~ (450M-x) shares OS but most recent good news ("Reinstatement" on 12/15/2014)!

The weak hand's reaction to the news (actually a good one due to officers list updating) is so unpredictable...
