You completely missed the point! This is precisely the fact that Dr Diwan sold the facility to NNVC that is completely unethical and could be a way for Diwan to prematurely sell stocks at the expense of the shareholders. Do not forget that Diwan bought the facility with the money he got by selling a significant chunk of NNVC shares. Now he has just sold the facility to NNVC. This trick enabled him to sell NNVC shares and enrich himself at the expense of the shareholders while NNVC stock has been under performing for a long time.

So one less thing to be critical of them about,.... as NNVC does actually own their own factory site.
