This is actually VERY VERY good news. This guy is very well known (good and bad), and has actually appear to have turn his life and ethics around for the better. He has written a very well known book on the pennystock market and currently focues M&A.

The volume today I believe is not dilution. Just retailers unloading because of the Formato fear factor.
