Lol, no concept of ONE franchise being built anywhere?

pleased to announce that it has signed its first franchise agreement for a recreational marijuana cafe store branded Cafe Serendipity in Colorado. Under the agreement Cafe Serendipity is to receive an initial franchise fee of $25,000, product sales, as well as significant monthly royalties on top line revenues generated at the store.

You'd think there would be more press releases about their first franchise!

And where are the filings?? Do they have no revenue?

If they want repeating customers but there is no actual concept, then how did they get so many likes on FB and Twitter but no reviews on google? Oh they brought bots. Besides, their social media advertisement to get customers to come back is LACKING.
