Record volume here today! $VPOR is climbing up the most read board, currently at the #5 spot. There are a lot of eyes on VPOR, most investors are waiting for the dilution to end before they load up. Once the shares are done converting, the price will correct itself and we should break .01 no problem.

I believe that the shares are really close to being done converting until the Hanover notes mature on 04/29/2015. The last 8k showed that 80 million shares were converted from 11/14 to 12/03, reducing the debt by $300,000. For that time period the total volume was about 250 million shares. 1/3 of the volume was converted notes.

From 12/04/14 to 01/06/15 there was 1.2 billion shares traded. If 1/3 of the volume was converted like before, there would be about 400 million shares added to the O/S, bringing the total to 914 million shares. If the average note was converted at .00375 like before, then the Company reduced the debt by an additional $1,500,000.

The last quarterly report showed a total of 3.5 million dollars in notes payable. The Magna/Hanover account loaned $VPOR 1.5 million dollars. Those shares are restricted until April 29 2015.

3.5 million (total debt) - 1.8 million (converted debt) - 1.5 million (hanover/magna) = $200,000 debt left to be converted.

Excluding the Magna/Hanover account there is about $200,000 left in shares to be converted. The dilution could be done today, but it should defiantly be done by the end of this week!

IF these estimates are correct, there wont be any dilution from 01/06/15 to 04/29/15. I believe that there are about 50 million shares left to be converted. We should see the dilution done by tomorrow, excluding the Hanover/Magna notes. The Hanover/Magna notes are restricted and mature on April 29, 2015. When that time comes, I bet Dror renegotiates a deal with them. Now that the Company is financially stable, expect the next set of loans to be traditional lines of credit. No more toxic debt here.
