That post was 2 1/2 years ago when luxd was a reverse merger play. I waited to see what hill would do with the Asher debt and how the shares would split. Turns out hill did jack shit. glad I never put a dime in this scam

I remember when hill signed the merge deal, the float was around 80 mm, hill had 103mm, and hill gave himself 180mm which put the OS around 400mm.

When he reverse split it for the merge that 400mm became around 350,000.

Now with 350k shares he added 15mm to the OS for insiders as part of the merge.

All said orig shareholders got half of 1 percent. Of course we all know he then diluted the crap out of it from
15mm to 750mm
