Hey, no worries jt, I understand the frustrations many including yourself, must feel with this security. in the case I referred to, there was no dilution until the last dying days. Very odd but PMXO acts the exact same way as that stock did, along with several others I could mention. Management is certainly not getting rich here, that is for sure! The aggravating thing about the SEC is they seem to really pick and choose who gets investigated and who does not. Quite frankly I'm surprised there has not been some penny hungry Law firm that has brought up a class action lawsuit against PMXO. They are clearly in violation of many SEC rules. But with the anemic trading volume, it raises no eyebrows. There is certainly no money in it for the government to get involved because the regulators seem to be the only ones who truly benefit from fraudulent securities. It is much easier not to play with this garbage when there are so many other opportunities to build upon your wealth, but the key is what do you do to protect it? Me? I don't play with junk stock anymore. Sure once in a great while you come across a game changer, but most of the time, nada. But, to each their own I guess! Happy New year to you btw, may a better opportunity present itself to you in 2015!
