Powerdyne does have unit(s)

From 10Q "The Company has recently completed a fully operational factory Series 2 prototype"

Also "The Company plans to install and maintain, own and operate electrical power generation equipment ("gensets") intended to be installed at a client location"

Custom build =$$$$, install=$$$$, own and operate=$$$$.

How is lack of revenue unproven? It works the other way, right?

They have one demonstration unit as of Sept. 30.

Looks like a deep hole from here.
