Misinformation is everywhere.
Caveat Emptor.
Wrong. The t/a does not "secure" shares from anyone.
Wrong. The FBI and the SEC don't either.
Wrong. The whole share structure is not in question.

Fact is: Hesg's transfer agent knows what hesg's share structure is at any given point in time.
