It's hard to take these two quotes seriously.

Fear has absolutely nothing to do with market price, it's a matter of valuation.

That is why we will ultimately up-list; but that will come later.

There is no huge sell-off. This stock is thinly traded. We were down 10% at one point and closed around -3.5%. How much money traded hands??? about $70K. A single trader could rape this stock (and that is exactly what is happening).

The vast majority of shares are not trading. They are in the hands of those that are waiting on this gem.
