Sure seems like a dilution (private placement?). Doubtful we 'up-listed'.
It was done at end of market though, and that can also be a Reverse Split 'play'?

Did someone hit the wrong crack button?

Buy-out?

Gone private?

Upset retail investor decided to 'paste' the MM and the shorts?



We find out soon enough . . . like tomorrow.
If MM 'accident', not a thing will be said . . . and business goes on.
