SWRF is by far imploding

The fact of the matter is this and only these few facts:

SoOum is a very real, ex privately held corporation attempting to go public (fact)
SWRF or swordfish - is no longer in business (fact)
William Westbrook is a successful businessman (fact no one can deny)
And he is the only reason I have anything to do with this company.

We've been targeted by what the SEC warns about constantly. (FACT)
There are a huge # players involved right now ((fact) pay close attention it's obvious)

We know the next filing will likely show negative results (fact) - as the mess must be cleaned up, and is more than likely time consuming, not to leave out resource chewing, and a literal financial and legal disaster.

They know this thing is going to move (fact - as we all do)

The question is, when.
