Wouldn't make sense...

If Brett were to do a Reverse Split just before the dividend date this ticker would be dead in the water and he would bring the worst type of reputation to his company...

Not to mention lose his own money seeing he has 100million shares himself.....and being stuck with his debt from the loan he took out to grow his business

IF people think he's that stupid they obviously are just burnt they took a loss on this stock earlier this year
