02 Secure Wireless, Inc. (OTOW)

Hey my friend I am hurting as many are that we have not seen the big move and plans come together yet.
I get chatter that this will come together still... and will still buy a few as a sell on a higher value from time to time.

Will we get OTOW to the big move who really knows, I know last Feb had lot on this and a nice move from a few cents to ..45 or so.
