FRO is an oil tanker, when oil is this low, they fill the tankers and they sit on the ocean, then we need more tankers, so they build more and increase debt, then oil goes up and tankers sit empty and the bashers tell us the tanker pincher plays won't work until they DO WORK.... boom/bust... we've been through a couple of those with oil and shippers
