That's still cheaper than NY. I don't know what it is exactly, but cigs are over $7 a pack!!!
Last time I was there, my dad gave me $8 to go buy him a pack and I thought he made a mistake giving me all that money. He said, "Ha ha, you'll see". Sure enough, it came out to $7 and some change.
What do cigs cost in Texas?
