ABSOLUTELY FLORIDA WILL GO THROUGH!!! IMO the only reason why it did not go through last time is because whoever wrote the law tried to pass a recreational style law masked as a medical MJ law -

if they would have written the law , a little differently, and not allowed anyone to get medical MJ just by saying 'I dont feel so good' then that law would have passed flying colors

the majority did vote yes, but the law in Florida is 60yes/40no to pass

and if im not mistaken it was 59yes/41no
