before expanding the "NO CLIENT" base of INCC

Prosperous Valley has NO STATE LICENSE, therefore they don't qualify as INCC's first client,,, and, presently, ONLY mentioned prospect

doesn't the INCC TWEETY seem way OVERextended…...
