The supply glut in oil will continue to put downward pressure on oil for the time being. Nothing out there to stop the drop in price at the moment. Might get some relief if OPec cuts production but they may decide to just keep production at current levels. At some point producers will cut and the cycle will begin again. My guess we have yet to bottom and will see a move below 3 dollars in UWTI.
