I agree that the business prospects are good, but without a reverse split the only way to move to a more senior exchange in the U.S. Is to get the share price at least over a $1 and potentially $4 if the company wants to be somewhere like the NYSE.

North of $1 is possible IMO on Phase III drill results and a bankable flow sheet. I don't think $4 is reasonable until the feasibility study is complete in the Spring unless there is another off take or some other partnership.

My point is that it's going to take time to get to a senior exchange and probably not the first priority for the company right now (nor should it be)

Also, reverse splits can be fine as long as the business is strong, just as you say. I've been through a few in the biotech sector and they work out fine if the company has good prospects and is well run. The main reason it is done is to get the attention of institutional investors.
