The case is currently stayed pending review at the PTAB. A decision to review or not should be issued by mid February.

The markman hearing date was terminated back in September:

ORDER granting 45 F Stipulated Motion to Stay. The case is stayed until further order of the Court. The Clerk should terminate all pending motions and deadlines and administratively close the case. The parties shall promptly notify the Court of the issuance of any decision by the Patent and Trial Appeal Board. By the earlier of 3/23/2015 or thirty days from the last-issued order on institution, the parties shall meet and confer and shall file the joint notice specified in this Order.
