Look there is no way they're going to convert preferred shares, let alone to a multiple of 10000x

yes, merge into a shell with a ton of debt, make deals and resolve the debt, then blow it up in a manner which makes it all spiral to (no one on planet Earth would come close) status. No one would even buy a share let alone a million or a billion. Geezus
