Because as of right now, they have no assets, though there are a lot of things in the works. Much like the (slow, long) move down on little to no news, the past few up days on no news mean nothing as well. Hopefully something of consequence being announced shortly. Will be very interested to see how the pps reacts to positive news.

Kinda liked it when there weren't all the day traders on the board and we could have intelligent conversations...not statements about random price targets
