12/24/2014 333 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS. For the reasons stated in the attached report and recommendation, I respectfully recommend that the Court: (1) grant SolutionFunding's Motion for Disbursement and award Solution Funding all of the funds in the CRIS Account; and (2) deny the Motions for Disbursement filed by the other claimants. Any objections to this Report and Recommendation must be filed with the Clerk of the Court within fourteen (14) days of receipt of this report. Failure to file objections within the specified time waives the right to appeal the District Court's order. See 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1); Fed. R. Civ. P. 6(a), 72. Copies of this report and recommendation were mailed to Servino,counsel for W. Marc Johnson, (see Oct. 22, 2014 Ltr., ECF No. 328), and the state taxing authorities who filed claims.
