According to PACER, 1/22 is the date on which the judge will decide if all three waves of lawsuits for each company listed as a defendant can be consolidated into a single wave. Fontem Ventures filed suits on three different dates during 2014 against the defendants; the judge is just looking to clean house a bit, IMO. I don't believe a final judgment will be rendered on that date.
