All we have to go on until news comes out is Parks track record at DHS and at FCG. At FCGD he issued himself 100 million shares, and in a few months issued a mountain of convertible debt. Not sure how his track record would be called shareholder-friendly.

SAGD does seem a short term opportunity for price to go up past $.001 to $.002 as he will want to promote stock to unload shares. just a guess.
