Although it does intrigue me that this is a real case, and an actual billionare truly does have shares in a penny stock, the case was filed years ago and I found no indication of a court date. Whenever that court date is announced, things will heat up and it will be absolutely worth the risk to throw some money in here with multiple 100 percent gains potential, but until then, better to just wait it out
