...so frankie bought UWBI's NOL................why.....?????......

...good business decision or was frankie DIRECTED to buy the UWBI NOL...........??????.........

...and, we believe, frankie and daddy the TRUSTEE, created some preferred stock, sold the preferred to some mysterious buyer, got the cash and gave it to UWBI - - or UWBI's BK TRUSTEE.........

...EZ stuff........................appears as if frankie got away with the United Western Bank acquisition.................or whomever from the US gov't SEIZED the bank for frankie got away with a nasty........................frankie the banker..........

...weird stuff.............................aimho...........
