Unless of course a deal is in the works so they can't buy. To me, them not buying may actually be better. I would love to think there was some major deal or major financing on the table which is so close to happening that SEC insider trading rules prevent them from buying. They probably couldn't buy if they knew Kenya resource numbers were coming out soon either. Bottom line is buying by them now indicates nothing good is happening in the near term. I guess some might see buying as a long term positive but I see it as something that should have happened years ago. Now it seems more like an act of desperation.
