odds are it has PROMO painted all over it, because the signs of reversal would be very evident by now


no evident financing……….INCC has built its biz model around the MJ "services" sector, INCC does not grow pot or run MJ cultivation…..merely "consults"

…an announced MJ irrigation system( Gro Pro ) has NOT even been prototyped……if the $3M in funding is available…whats the hold up??


no tangible connection to ANY grow plots…….INCC engaged the Mehos family through the strangely absent Gro Pro irrigation system mentioned earlier……..Mehos has family land in Salida, indirectly held……and Mehos has never commented on Prosperous Valley ( Mehos ) State MJ license application……

INCC owns no land, and does not qualify to be licensed under CO laws (residency rqrmnts..Mehos might )
