My point

is that the higher the pps now , the less stock to be issued later for present acqisitions the less future dilution in the coming years the higher the pps, and so on and so forth... lay the groundwork yes for the company, but also lay the groundwork for expelling this constant pps manipulation and "upward" spiraling of the pps ... walk and chew gum at the same time... multitask, whatever one wants to call it... there can be multiply plans of attack on our progress , but not exploring this avenue could be to our future detriment in my opinion.... call the stock in, change name of company as an excuse, force out the and any shorters, a small dividend and the 10 would max. shareholder and company value ... this is way too undervalued now... something dramatic must be done... also one thing no one is thinking about , it would form a higher base to move upward from now....
