Bullshit go to any penny stock and look at there revs and the billions of shares outstanding and they are trading in the .02 .03 range..309,452,443 OS is a small number compared to normal OTC stock NEWL is minimum 20 bagger easy with a uplist.. Ya add the arbitration with the IR SCUMBAGS this will fly sky high... Nobody would be here if it wasnt possible not the pipe dream sub pennies lol... $1.00 is very possible.. NEWL doesnt deserve to be down this low other than being on the manipulated greys..
