I agree with what WildTwins posted earlier today. Next week will be significant on price. We just don't know which way. Pumpers are as bad as bashers on this board. Many have assumed all kinds of good things just because he is speaking on housing, everything from release to end of sweep. I think he may just talk about what Watt has already announced; that large sums of money are being diverted to low income housing. He may do more but none of us know. Many times on this board if the stock moves 8-10 cents many assume we are off to the races. I have heard those stories too many times. Still a long but think we are far from the finish line. I trade my fluff shares on most of those moves and have done quite well. Remember, I am only talking about fluff shares and don't suggest anybody else day trade them.
