I agree that WNTR will climb after GCHI plays through.

I agree as well.
I wouldn't say that confidence levels are low to the point that there is nearly none, but 'low' to the degree that the pps currently shows the reality of it (confidence).

When (not if) GCHI does trade, I think the complaint then will be that it didn't trade at $1 pps if indeed that it doesn't open at this price. I am not even quite sure in that there was even such a statement made in a PR. I think the $1 pps was a very vague reference or misunderstanding possibly by some of us. Maybe. Don't take my word for it..lol....
