Funny how you are now pointing to the prospectus now when all you say that matters is the POR...YOU ARE wrong in your classification of the CTs. They are a form of TRUPs and are bond backed as well as preferred. They cannot be dismissed though they were temporarily removed at one time....

The CTS are a bit of turbulence for the pending lawyers which is why it appears they are still trading and being accumulated..
