I am not sure exactly what the Aussies role in all of this is at the moment. IMO, two things are clear.

1) They have some (future) role, or they would not have lent their names to this- especially since they do not even have a compensation package as per the 8K.

2) Their role is not to guide the company thru this difficult period as Active officers/directors of the company. They are anything but that, as all can see by their lack of action.

They are merely window dressing to give an appearance of a company with CEO,COO, etc at the helm. All the while the real people pulling the strings can be allowed cover in the background without inquiry.
