Not without news, and very good news at that. Some type of financing agreement that will take the burden off the common shareholder and remove him as the primary debt payer.

Any other news will be sold into and those who bought at .0002 and lower will be dumping for a few ticks stopping any run. Count on it.

The days of PR's of personnel changes and ill-defined upcoming events moving this stock are over. The share structure has become too bloated and too many shares have been dumped in the trips for that to occur. I know, I know, here I go "bashing" again...albeit with a heavy dose of realism.
