You seem to be ignorant if u think a small size company can do that in a years time

It's far from ignorance to see that a 5 year 'startup' company hasn't come through with a single promise, marketed a promised device on the open market or promise to submit an app product by the date ntek 'promised', actually stated absolute that their product would be on ALL smart TV's by LAST year. One promise made was a ill conceived, token divvy paid off the backs of shareholders just to prove a point discussed on this board.

It's a no brainer to see ntek is has failed in almost every conceivable way that a real business would have performed.
