TRUST YOU?????

Now who would be stupid enough to do that?

Little old ladies, people who don't understand the English language, uneducated investors?

By the way, the appropriate word is attorneys not attornies.

Didn't you learn that in college?

By the way, where exactly did you obtain your business degree from? You know the one that has given you the broad depth of knowledge to put together complex business deals along with mergers & acquisitions?

For some odd reason, that was mysteriously left off of your bio but I'm sure that investor's would like to know.

As for your attorneys, if they are the same individuals that allowed you to put out all those false and misleading press releases and the 8K that was not only absent the proper attachments, but also did not correlate the same information in the press releases, I doubt anyone will be shaking in their boots.

Now that we have your attention, how about a civil discussion about the concerns that I have raised about your background and your company?

Explain to us why you stated in your bio filed in the PLKD SEC filings how you received a Key to the City of Miami for philanthropic and business achievements, when we both know that is a complete and total lie.

Show us proof that you were ever employed or consulted with Pininfarina.

Give us ONE example of a company that you were associated with that showed improved bottom line profits and increased shareholder value.

Give us a Tombstone of the "alleged" companies that you raised over $100 million dollars for.

Tell us why all your projections regarding PLKD fell short by 100%

How you stated actual sales for PLKD that never made it to your financial statements.

Explain why you have disregarded SEC rules by not disclosing through 8K filings the share structure and dilution of this company every time it exceeded 5% of the total shares outstanding.

I think these are fair questions for starters. I have more, but I think this is a good start.

I do not believe there is a shareholder in this company that would not like to see you step to the plate and vigorously defend yourself by answering these questions!

What say you?
