I never said 280M shares OS! Show me where I said that? I just quoted the latest OS (403M shares) from the OTCMarkets.com (see the link below) and there is no way the OS could be equal or larger than the previous AS (450M shares)... The current OS is either FIXED at 403M shares or maxed out at (450M - x) shares since the company never reported the SS after 11/05/2013.
