New investors will buy and then sell and be gone before they ever see real gains. People will buy at 60 and sell at 22....

The price has been manipulated down by non retail and is being accumulated for the next run....too many positive drug trials right now. Market cap should be 3-4x...people match price to success too easily in otc....but then never see the gains when the stock takes off which is inevitable here.
