I am not playing Syncora, too illiquid. I owned two financials prior to the financial crises. One is Syncora and the other was a New York based company, that the management sold cheap in 2011. Security capital insurance, now Syncora, that since they went on the pinks, and went ahead with the MTA, they basically relinquished control of Syncora, to government bureaucrats, and the MM's. There are those who make things happen, those who watch things happen and those who say what happened, you all know my opinion of Syncora's Board. All that being said, I will hold on to my Syncora shares and watch what happens. IMO.
