I disagree. When you buy, merge or a acquire a shell. You get the good and the bad that comes with it. Many shareholders here are from the old fogc's days. The dtc knows that an wants everything cleaned up and accounted for before the chill will be lifted. Who knows what type of deals fogc made. How low they went with shareholders money. But until manzo answers all their questions and dots all the I's and crosses all the T's this will stay chilled for a very long time!!!!
