Oh yes, that was so good for shareholders. It opened the day of the split at $31, closed at $19 and is now trading at about .90 a share.

Might want to do some DD on Harpreet Sangha and some of the other shells he has merged companies with. He also currently acquired a shell on April 14,2014 (Envoy Group Corp.). Most of these companies, after being reverse split lay dormant at high Bid?Ask prices with no trading volume. Another, (Evergreen-Agra), has so many CEO's, Directors and Company Officers coming and then resigning that they can not find time to do any filings.

Look, I'm not saying that perhaps this will not turn out to be different from the others, but all the BS about big things coming as a result of merger talk and the Reverse Split is more wishing out loud, for those that are caught holding shares, than actual fact. You could very well get trapped into holding shares for months before they are even tradable. That would depend on how quickly the Transfer Agent gets the "New Shares" to the brokerage accounts. I am currently holding shares in a company that did a simple Name Change and can not trade it because the T/A has not delivered new shares.

Good Luck. I hope it all works out for you and others here.
