I love your optimism in this merger!

I've been on the wrong end of some reverse splits, or maybe I just didn't flow with it most profitably. In more cases than not it was something to get out of as it became dependent on shareholders funds and selling of shares to survive. This all hinges on the forward revenue of the new company entity which we do not yet know.

Also moving from 100,000 shares becoming 357 feels like a reduction along with a collapse in share price now.

What do you think we're looking at here?
